Brisbane Estate Clearance is a small business based in The Gap in inner Brisbane.  We clear only one property at a time, ensuring our customers have our full attention for the duration of every clearance. As a small business we are able to provide a personalised service, customised to your specific needs. 

We clear properties for people who live interstate or overseas, people who are moving or downsizing, people who are transitioning to retirement villages or residential care and people  who have responsibility for a deceased estate.

Introducing Timo and Esther

Hello, I’m Timo. I established Brisbane Estate Clearance in 2015.

I’m involved in every aspect of the business, including: providing quotes, coordinating item distribution, donations to charities, hand-on lifting and shifting, and more. 

My partner, Esther, manages all administration in the office, and she’ll be your first point of contact if you’d like to ask questions or get a quote. She’ll also keep a friendly and open line of communication with you throughout the entire estate clearance process.  

We work with a small group of team members who help with the day-to-day tasks. We all pride ourselves on our efficiency, professionalism, respect and confidentiality. 

A passion for recycling 

Before establishing Brisbane Estate Clearance, I was on the board of directors for the Brisbane not-for-profit organisation, Reverse Garbage.  I’ve always had an interest in recycling and preserving the  environment, and this is now reflected in the ethos of Brisbane Estate Clearance.  We make a conscientious effort to donate, recycle or re-purpose as much as possible  when clearing a property.


Supporting our community

Brisbane Estate Clearance is built on the idea of contributing to the community in a meaningful way.  We make a big effort to ensure that wherever possible items from the properties we clear are donated rather than disposed of. We sort and deliver items from homes to multiple charities, local community organisations and, in some cases, individuals who we feel need some help. We are happy to go the extra mile here, at no extra cost to you. Not only does this make us feel good, our clients can take comfort in the knowledge that their items will go on to benefit many individuals and organisations in our community.
