Brisbane Estate Clearance provides property clearance services for all types of properties – from entire houses, grounds and outbuildings to single room residences and storage facilities.


We provide a full property clearance service: sorting, packing, removing, selling, donating and recycling entire property contents.  

For every clearance we offer a flexible range of services which can be tailored to your needs. We can: clear properties of all contents including furniture removal, pack and remove all smaller household items, filter for items which are to be kept, and remove and dispose of rubbish from anywhere on the property.  

For all clearances, we provide one upfront fixed-price quote with no hidden extras. Our quotes include an offer of credit for unwanted items with a resale value.The credit is listed on the quote and subtracted from the cost of the clearance. 

Please Note: Brisbane Estate Clearance does not offer clearance services for commercial properties (offices, warehouses, shops etc).

    We are one of the only house clearance businesses in Brisbane to offer credit for unwanted items. If you have unwanted items with a resale value, Brisbane Estate Clearance can offer credit for these items.  We often credit for timber furniture, white goods, tools, vintage and antique items, electronics, bric-a-brac, book collections etc.  Any credit offered is listed on our quote and deducted from the cost of the clearance.
